About NDTF

The National Dog Trainers Federation is the National representative body in Australia for dog trainers from all fields. The Federation was established in 1993 in response to the recognised need for a representative and educational organisation for the dog training industry.

The National Dog Trainers’ Federation (NDTF)owns the accredited Certificate III in Dog Behaviour and Training and developed it in collaboration with its wholly owned subsidiary, Precise Training (RTO ID:21090). Precise Training is the only RTO authorised to deliver this course, and all training and assessment comply with the Standards for RTOs 2025.
